Vendor Registration - Urban Flea Market

We are NOT accepting any food vendors or edible items. These spaces are filled for the season.

Also, some of the items we do not allow include services, the promotion of services or mass produced items. Please read the Vendor Guidelines & Requirements before signing up.

The Urban Flea Market, Salt Lake City's biggest flea market, is an affordable marketplace where vendors can sell a selection of eclectic vintage, used and new items including clothing, records, original artwork, furniture, tools, oddball-knick knacks and more. It will be a great community outlet for vendors to sell unwanted items that will be treasures for others. The Urban Flea Market also hosts family-friendly music and food trucks.

2018/2019 Indoor Winter Urban Flea Market will be held at The Gateway (12 S Rio Grande Street in SLC) on Sundays - November 11, 2018, December 9, 2018
January 13, 2019, February 10, 2019March 10, 2019, April 14, 2019

  • Saturday Vendor Set-Up Time: 7:30am – 9:45am  Please see vendor rules for complete information.
  • Sunday Vendor Set-Up Time: 7:30am – 9:45am  Please see vendor rules for complete information.
  • Event Time: The Urban Flea Market is open to the public on Sunday at 10:00am and will end at 4pm.
  • Vendor Load-Out: 4:00pm – 6:00 pm. All vendors must be off the property by 6:00pm.

Vendor Spaces

The 2018/2019 Indoor Winter Market Season will be held at The Gateway (12 S Rio Grande Street) in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City.

All vendor spaces are approximately 120 sqft in various configurations. All vendor spaces will be assigned first come basis at load-in. pre-assigned spots are not available online.

This year's indoor winter market offers the following options for vendors to book online:

Individual Market Dates:

Indoor Open Market Space: $65 each market (or $85 with utility trailer) 

Entire Winter Season:

Indoor Open Market Space: $65 each market (or $85 with utility trailer) You can book all remaining Winter Season Dates to secure an open market space (not the same space) at every market. 

Reserved/Pre-Assigned Vendor Space: You must book all remaining Winter Season Dates to secure a reserved space (same space every market) Reserved/Pre-Assigned Spaces are $85 per market date, with no additional fee for a pre-registered trailer. 


  • ALL  “Open Market’ spaces and are assigned upon arrival by a UFM staff member, assigned on a first come, first served basis. We will do our best to accommodate your preference of space depending on availability. Vendors cannot secure, mark or hold spaces prior to receiving their assigned spaces at 7:30am on the morning of each market. 
  • Utility Trailers: Trailer fee is required for ALL utility trailers. The fee is $20 in advance. ($40 cash at the gate for unreserved trailers) Vendors with trailers receive a standard sized vendor space.  
  • Reserved/pre-assigned spaces may be booked/paid online but reserved/pre-assigned space selection is not available online. We recommend selecting your pre-assigned “reserved” market spaces in person at the market or let us select best available space for you. Reserved/pre-assigned spaces are only available to vendors that book their spot for the entire season and are $85 per market date. 
  • The Urban Flea Market reserves the right to adjust/change market buildings, market configuration and vendor space configuration including reserved spaces at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Vendors with Reserved spaces will have first pick of any new configuration.
